Mark Lockhart
Benefit Specialist
Mark has a reputation for being a disruptor in the healthcare space, and he advocates passionately to get the best employee healthcare benefits possible for clients. His diverse experience in healthcare includes multiple roles in the self-funded and transparent benefits space to help employers better understand their healthcare options and know exactly what they’re paying for. In addition, his prior experience with a transparent pharmacy benefits manager offers invaluable insights for our clients when it comes to selecting a prescription drug plan.

Tabitha Lockhart, PHR, SHRM-CP
Director of Operations and Client Services
Tabitha Lockhart brings over two decades of human resources and benefits administration experience to her role as Director of Operations and Client Services at Red Letter Benefits. Armed with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from the University of Oklahoma and dual HR certifications (PHR and SHRM-CP), she understands that healthcare benefits are both a people decision and a critical business one. Tabitha has spent her career guiding employees and organizations through the complexities of benefit plans, enrollment, and coverage, always with clarity and confidence. Her passion for people, paired with a commitment to transparency and integrity, makes her a trusted advocate for every client she serves.

Jennifer Dahl
Benefits Specialist
Jennifer part insurance wizard, part nurse, part professional problem-solver, and full-time dog enthusiast. With 25 years in the medical and nursing world and 4 years in insurance brokerage specializing in eligibility, she’s mastered the art of making complicated things feel a whole lot easier.
When she’s not helping clients navigate benefits, Jennifer is busy keeping up with her three amazing adult children and four dogs who clearly run the household. She loves traveling, trying new things, volunteering with dog rescues, and bringing humor, empathy, and a calm “we’ll figure it out” attitude to everything she does.
Known for being equal parts nurturer and fixer, Jennifer believes every challenge has a solution, and preferably one that comes with a good laugh along the way.

Jake Dahl
Chief Barketing Officer
Jake, our Chief Barketing Officer is the four-legged force behind office morale and unsolicited supervision. Known for being highly supportive yet slightly micromanage-y, he takes his role very seriously… especially if snacks are involved.
When he’s not overseeing team operations from the nearest comfy chair, he enjoys traveling with his mom, Jennifer, patio brunch dates, and judging everyone’s treat selections with impressive sass and discernment. He is extremely particular about compensation packages and currently accepts payment exclusively in toys and premium treats.
Jake is thrilled to be part of the Red Letter Benefits team and is looking forward to sharing more updates, opinions, and probably barked demands in the future.

Lindsay Smith Johnson
Benefit Specialist
Lindsay worked in the banking industry for 10 years before switching to healthcare benefits when she felt called to serve people in a more personal way. She recognizes that healthier employees lead to healthier companies, and she’s passionate about educating employers about the range of choices available to provide health benefits to their employees.

Noe Cruz
Benefit Specialist
Noe Cruz grew up in Moore, Oklahoma. He spent 25 years working for an Oil & Gas manufacturing company before he was introduced to the worksite product options in the Insurance Industry. In 1997 he became appointed to advise people on worksite products and his passion for helping people has continually grown. Noe joined the Red Letter Benefits team because he had experience with the account management team and knew that’s what he needed to really help his clients at the next level. With over 25 years of experience in this industry he is invaluable to the Red Letter Benefits team.

Avery Hicks
Benefit Specialist
Avery is driven by his passion for helping individuals and businesses thrive in challenging times. He is a strategic and goal-driven leader with over 35 years in management, training, and personal development. Avery has helped businesses by designing and implementing new sales processes and training programs that lead to significant increases in employee performance. His training in Effective Communication in the workforce has led to increased productivity, quality, and customer retention. All the while by reducing cost, lowering employee turnover and maintaining a positive work environment.
